Help Identifying this AK - posted in AK - Rifles: I'm trying to determine if this Norinco MAK-90 is pre or post ban. I've had this rifle for longer than I can remember and recently thought about selling it, so I brought it out and figured I'd do a little research on it before I did. I always thought this was a post-ban rifle because of the thumb-hole stock, but I read that the year of. All Matching serial numbers including box and bayonet,gun is new and unfired,sile ny.ny. Import with rare blued bolt and carrier has sile ny marked manual,very early pre type 56 stamped gun (no 56 prefix in serial number) stock is still stiff when open or closing,3 day inspection refund minus shipping and any ffl fees,contact at Jl6(at)comcast.net for pics.
